Need fractional support to accelerate your growth? We have a “1.5” mentality where everyone thinks much more broadly than their specific silo.

Founder Coaching is a 6-month collaborative partnership between the Favorite Founder Founding Team & you (+ your leadership team, as needed). We’ll meet weekly to set strategy and stay in lock-step with you wherever needed.

We become an extension of your leadership team and provide fractional support across Technology, Product, Operations, and Marketing.

Callie Boone

FOUNDING MEMBER at FAVORITE FOUNDER

With over 14 years of experience leading product for early-stage startups, Callie has built everything from internal tools to customer-facing platforms—often from zero to one. After starting her career at a venture studio, she quickly found her sweet spot at the intersection of product, operations, and strategy.

Now Partner and VP of Product at Rule Ventures Studio, she brings a founder’s urgency and a sharp product mind to every build. She’s known for aligning teams fast, asking the hard questions, and turning big ideas into real products. She thrives in ambiguity and believes every great product starts with a real problem worth solving.

Julie Grumman

FOUNDING MEMBER at FAVORITE FOUNDER

Julie spent 12+ years in digital consulting, leading digital strategies for SMBs to Fortune 500 companies with a focus on Technology and Commerce.

She has held leadership roles for agency start-ups where she helped them scale, find their market positioning, and ultimately exit for industry-leading multiples.

More recently, Julie is the founder and CEO at Vestee. A SaaS company with a mission to help e-commerce brands reimagine new customer acquisition.

Meg Burrell

After beginning her career in NYC advertising agency world, Meg transitioned from the creative side of the aisle to the strategy consulting realm.

She’s spent the last decade helping brands from tiny mom & pops to Fortune 100s find and hone their voices, connect with their people, strategically plan their comms across channels, and create industry change by leveraging her multi-disciplinary approach.

Most recently, Meg is supporting brands doing industry disruptive work as a fCMO / Fractional Head of Brand.
